I shipped on my own to you, I was under impression that the return shipping was / is free? as written on the current page I'm on......im being charged $15.82. if this is a mistake, please credit, if not please explain why it says free shipping

Free shipping was only available to those who used our label. That is how we were able to offer free ROUND-TRIP shipping. If you did not use our label you did not get the outbound shipping back for free.
