Sole AE0016C Exercise Treadmill Control Board

We are doing a school project using a SKU: 39044
Sole AE0016C Exercise Treadmill Control Board
to power a robots wheels from the 90v dc motor.

Might you be able to help use with the PWM input
pin location. We have located the 12vdc out on the 6 pin (red) connector.

Thank you very much 🙂 we have one of these so we don't want to blow it up !

I can't recall which pins off the top of my head, but I believe the signal 20 Hz, and then starts on a 0-duty cycle. Once it is powered, you can increase the duty cycle to increase the speed. This treadmill has a built-in indicator that will fault it out if you try to increase it beyond 40-ish percent duty cycle (I think). Be sure you also have a speed sensor as it will fault out after about 5 seconds if it does not get any feedback from one.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
