I just sent in a board to repait as the current tread wasnt inclining put in a new one that yall sent back in 11/23 and now is saying error 44 as before so?

For the error 44, it is usually loose connections. Specifically, it is for the incline potentiometer. I know you may have already done so, but can you please double check that all the wiring is secure and there are no kinks in the wire?

Actually giving me a 37 error code now after working fine on an incline

With error 37, the unit will need to be reset. In under ten seconds, have the safety key removed and reinserted twice while the treadmill is powered.
This means to pull the safety key, reseat it, pull it again, reseat it again.
Then your console should tell you it is resetting. After about five seconds or so, it will fully reset and come back on like normal. Hit start and the treadmill should operate normally. Let me know if it does not.
