2012 Mazda 5 Transmission was coming out of gear but now it's completely not shifting. Could that be a TCM issue or Transmission issues?

The TCM is more than likely the issue as its what controls the shifting in the transmission. We do work on that TCM and below is the link to place your repair order where we are offering free shipping at this time.
