My GE dryer will not turn on. There is voltage in the power cable as well as on the main power board. So I'm guessing it's the main control board faulty. If this is my issue can you fix it?

If the touch screen is receiving proper voltage but is not lighting up, the touch screen should be replaced; if the touch screen is not receiving proper voltage, the control board is defective.
