When i push start on my dryer, it now clicks once but does not start. After while I got it to start . Then I opened it, closed it, and tried to start it again, but it would not budge. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the main control board relay is defective. We repair failed control boards, here is the link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/dryer/
