I am repeatedly getting a PO480 code on my cooling fan 1 circuit. The fuse and relay are good, and the fan runs when commended. Investigation into this code indicates it is an over or under voltage detection and can be related to the TIPM. I noticed when I have the fan relay K11 out, I can see one of the four contacts in the TIPM appears damaged/broken/possibly arced. See attached pic - bottom right contact. Is this a common problem and can you repair it?
We can most certainly take a look at it and see what the issue is. If the connection is damaged inside we can assess if it's repairable and will notify you once it arrives at our facility. I'll include our mailing address below:

Do I just send the unit in without an RNA or anything?
Yes just make sure to attach a note with your name and contact info and we'll take a look.
