I have a 2009 Mazda 5 Touring w/ AT. I suspect the TCM is faulty due to online research of the symptoms. I will likely send my old TCM to you for rebuild / repair but how do I know if I need or will benefit from a firmware update ? What if any benefits do I gain from a firmware update ? Thank you
