I have sent the Control Board with the touch panel. The water pump seems to be working as I can see new ice cubes being made. I have also changed the water inlet valve, the solenoid, and made sure that the water hose to the door is not frozen. When I press the button for ice, the flapper door doesn't open and there is no sound made behind the touch panel as it used to. Please let me know what your diagnosis is and whether you need any more info from me.

Yes the control board is faulty and will need to be replaced or repaired.
