Can you guys fix this? I'm asking b/c I found another company charging about half your price. But they had this disclaimer:

THIS SERVICE NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
DOES NOT INCLUDE DISPLAY FIX
BAD MICROPROCESSOR

Thank you for reaching out. The display and the display power components seem to be working fine. In the video  doesn't have function of the keypad, this can be faulty and will need to be replaced. We don't repair keypads. We can test the PCB and see if there is any issues with the pins going to the keypad. If that test is good then the keypad is at fault. The tech will need a closer look at the damage to see if it can be repaired.

Not sure if I understand what you mean. The keypad button are the integrated into the board (the small green circles on the green side of the board). Not a separate keypad board. Wouldn't fixing this PCB fix the display and keypad?

I reached out to the other company and said they don't have the processors in stock. What about you guys? If the processor is bad are you able to fix it?

We may be able to find one. Can you give us the numbers off the part?

Can't tell you for sure till we do the test first . But we do successfully repair this control boards .

Ok. The processors are under the LCD screen, so no easy way for me to pull the numbers w/o a schematic. I'll send it in for your team to repair it. Thanks for all your support.
