Hey there I spoke with a representative earlier today and suggested a few pics of the damage on the control? Is this something that would effect the heating of the oven, lights and what not. Our is it just a clock? Thanks for the input.

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, this can cause the oven not to heat however they're other components that can cause your issues as well. Below I have provided a guide to go through.
