KitchenAid oven still has error codes after board rebuild

Hi, I had a board failure with several error codes after a power outage.   I had the board rebuilt (order 100279161).  I installed the new board and get basically the same issues:

Fan starts running as soon as I turn power on and shows the expected PF message.
After a few seconds, it beeps and gives E2 F3 errors.  Opening the upper door makes the E2 message go away.
Lower oven door is locked.
Pushing some buttons gives a “too hot” message; other buttons just beep.
Pressing “lower oven” button makes the F3 message go away, but door still locked.
Wait a few minutes and the oven beeps and shows F2 E0.

I have rechecked the ribbon and electrical connections.  I have not yet checked the 2 temp sensors.  The screws are frozen and I’m soaking them in WD-40 to check later.  With more errors than just the “too hot” error, and because the failure happened after a power failure, I’m kind of doubting a sensor issue, and particularly not both sensors (upper and lower).

Any ideas?

Thank you for contacting us.  F3 Mean in an oven? When an F3 error code flashes, it generally means that the oven sensor has encountered an error and needs to be replaced. the error means that a circuit has been exposed or broken.

Then you have F2-EO" fault code indicates a shorted keypad.

After checking everything and you still have same issue.  Please contact our customer service.  They will create support ticket.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else.
