I have a Jenn-Air stove Model number is JDRP436WP02
The Serial Number is D45117083
When the bake or broil buttons are pushed, the output says "preheating - insert food and set timer" but does not turn on the broiler or oven. All other outputs seem ok. The clock is displayed; the mode buttons work except that it will not do a factory reset. We have turned it off at the breaker and left it for hours, but the problem remains. There are no error codes.
Can you recommend a fix or can you repair the module?
