2011 Ford Escape P06B8 - Non-Volatile Random Access Memory (NVRAM) Error in the Internal Control Module. This DTC indicates a problem with the powertrain control module's (PCM) capacity to appropriately store permanent DTCs.
My alternative is to replace the PCM.
