My 2010 Escape V6 3.0L Flex was died on the road. I chose to connect an OBD scanner to see if it would help, but guess what? It didn't. The MIL continues to display a check engine P1633 code. That struck me as strange. Another suggestion was to check to see whether the check engine light illuminated during ignition. Anyway, I'm going to try a hard reset of the PCM, but what's the best method to go about it?
Any additional advise would also be much appreciated. Can you assist me?
