I read the online form that states that a legitimate reason must be given to do a mileage correction. I want to upgrade the cluster in an F150, but am having a hard time finding a cluster with less miles than my truck. Would it be "legit" to get the mileage adjusted backwards on a cluster that has more miles listed just for an upgrade? Looking to go from a 4" cluster to an 8" cluster.
