i have a 2017 infiniti qx30 which is the same electronical set up as a 2017 Mercedes cla250 2017 wiring set up. Can you tell me if you can help me. My car was vandalized and i had to replace some parts snd now my odometer reads 133,000 and me car had 53,500 approximately
