CADILLAC XTS 2014 I've taken apart my QUE radio system and am wondering if I can just mail it to your firm for repair or if I first need to create an account for tracking. My car won't start, and everything has been tested; I need the glass repaired as well as a full system check. The only thing my car does until the battery dies is go ding ding light blink.

You can place your order online at the link below or ship it to our address with all your information inside the box. I don't see that we repair the glass on our website indicating we don't repair the screen.
