I have a Kenmore Dryer (Model: 110.60932990) that will not stay running. The motor will turn while the start button is pressed down but it cuts off instantly upon releasing the start button. I have checked the thermostats, heating element, motor switch, timer, and the relays but haven't found any issues.
Therefore, based upon some internet research, it seems my control board may be causing the issue but I'm not 100% sure. If I send in my control board and you all don't find any issues with it, is there a reduced fee just for the diagnostics or would I have to pay the full repair price regardless of whether or not the board is bad?

The test fee is $39.99. If the board comes in and doesn't need repair, you will owe the test fee plus any shipping charges. If your board does need repair, they will immediately begin work on it and you will be charged the repair cost plus any shipping charges. What is the part number for your board?

I believe the part number for the board is 3976633 but I've attached a couple pictures for reference.
