Our Frigidaire dryer would not start. I press the start button, and after a few seconds, all I hear is a click. The lights turn on, but it won't start. Is this control board issue?

Double-check that one of the breaker's sides isn't tripped. If it isn't, you should check if it is receiving 240V. If it does, you'll have to send it in for a repair. We can rebuild faulty control board modules, here is the link:
