Right now the machine is drying, but we're receiving an E 64 error number. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Thank you for contacting us. This is an error code that indicates a problem with the heater circuit. Because the dryer is heating, this might be deceiving. Check the element for damage and shorting to the covering, as well as the wiring for loose connections and burned wires. Clean the exhaust vent and hood, Then the main control board for any loose connections. After checking everything and all looks good.
