Repair for the 2012 Dodge Challenger instrument cluster Due to a malfunction, the electroluminous backlight only illuminates about half the display. While the blog entries make it appear like you can fix this, the disclaimer warns against doing so if this is the issue. Not sure if this can be fixed in the real world.

If the backlights do not come on at all, we can fix this but if your unit has partial blocking, the faceplate will need to be replaced. Does your unit have liquid faceplate damage? If no, we should be able to repair the lights. If for some reason we cannot repair your part, we will only charge a $39.99 bench test fee and will not charge you for the service.
