2003 BMW M5 E39 Cluster

With my 2003 BMW M5 E39, which I've owned for 13 years, I need some assistance. Recently, I had a flat battery and used a pair of jump leads to start the car. As a result, my rpm counter won't move and my fuel gauge won't decrease. I must reset the cluster to alter the level indicator.
If I run Cluster Test 2, everything goes okay, but the Cluster appears to be receiving no signal from the engine, making it unable to know how much gasoline is left, lower the fuel level, or change the rpm.
Please, if anyone can assist
