I have a 2008 Audi A4 that is currently a crank no start. Plenum box under the hood was full of water as a design flaw. I had to replace the relays and everything that I fixed is working however it will still not start. I have a few more tests to do before I verify my ECU fault. I wanted to know if you guys ever have people send out ecus and they happen to be good. And if that does happen do you guys still charge for service. I just wanted to make sure in case this happens due to misdiagnosis thanks
