My problems are identical to those mentioned by the prior poster. 2nd generation 2008 Highlander Hybrid with dual climate control - the heat has been discontinuous for the previous two months. The heater will pump full hot air, then suddenly blow cool air, then return to hot air as if a mix door is intermittently opening / shutting with the HVAC control set to Max Heat on both sides or adjusted for tiny temperature variances on the LH & RH side. This problem can occur in any of the air outlet positions. Can this issue be repaired?
