Climate control issue on a 2008 Highlander. I discovered that the climate controls were not working properly. We checked every fuse we could find and they all passed inspection. I had a buddy check at it with a diagnostic tool, and he couldn't get into the temperature control system. When they tried, the dealership said the same thing. I looked on the internet for anyone else who was having similar problems, but I couldn't find anyone. It's as if there's no electricity, yet all of the fuses, at least the ones I'm aware of, are OK. There are also backlights surrounding the temperature knobs on the climate control that turns on, but not the controls themselves. Can it be fixed?
