I'm experiencing some problems with my 2004 BMW X5. When I pick either air onto the windscreen or air flowing out of the facial vents, they close and reopen when I turn them off. I pulled two valves that run the vents on the passenger side and can see them operating, but they are working backwards. Is it possible to change their orientation, or is it a problem with the climate control panel? Please assist.
