- Climate control works intermittently, no rhyme or reason to it. (turn on a/c and lights show unit is engaged but air doesn't start blowing immediately. may start blowing 1 minute later or 5 minutes later, run for 30 seconds then stop blowing only to start blowing a minute later and so on.)
- Fan button doesn't work
- Auto button on driver side doesn't work
(unit in car is similar to your SKU: 11462 Mercedes E55 (1996-2002))

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately we don't service this part. But if you want we can take a look. We can run a test and see if we can fix it. Test is $39.99. If we can fix it it would be around $120 we not going charge $39.99 for testing
