It says "No programming needed." Do I understand correctly that the rebuilt unit can be installed and will work without any setup from a computer/scanner/diagnostic tool? I just put it in and it will work?

Yes correct, after repair when the abs control module installed back in the same vehicle, it does not need any additional programming and will be plug-n-play!

does the brake lines need to be bleed since the pump has to be removed from the abs module to be sent in to be repaired

We work with electronic parts only. But what I heard from mechanics theye usually don't have to .
