I have a 07 KIA Sorento. One evening as I was driving home, the esc and abs lights suddenly turned on. I made the decision to put the vehicle in 4wd, 4wd low, and then back into 2wd as soon as I arrived at home and began up the gravel driveway. I initially believed it was merely a brain fart as the lights went out.
The next day as the wife drove, both lights turned back on. Now when I drive it, the timing of the lights turning on and off is completely random, but I did go in to have the battery and charging system examined, and everything was OK except they told I needed a new battery. How do you all feel? I appreciate your assistance.
