I have had my TIPM worked on twice in the last 2 years. Now Im told its straight junk, and I need a new or reconditioned at $900. Also a maintenance and computer update at $600. Is this worth it?

For less than the quoted price you can purchase a refurbished reprogrammed TIPM. If yours was already serviced multiple times it would depend on what issues it currently has and what's making it continually fail. These TIPMs are prone to water intrusion which can lead to corrosion not just on the plug connectors but also inside the logic board of the TIPM. We can perform a bench test and see if your unit is faulty especially if the codes/issues match what we repair on your specific TIPM.
