2018 Rubicon Recon bad TIPM unit

I drive a Rubicon Recon from 2018. Probably during the first three months of owning the Jeep, issues began. The Horn wasn't working, and I also observed that the steering-wheel radio's volume and station controls, as well as the Uconnect and dash menu buttons, weren't working (speedometer, tire pressure etc switch). The buttons for cruise control still function. When Jeep went to the dealer, they diagnosed the issue as the clock spring, changed it, and as I was driving away, I realized the issue had not been resolved. After repairing the Jeep, I was informed that the issue was with the steering wheel's wiring harness. I had it replaced, and they assured me that everything was operating properly. I picked up the jeep, this time tested it before leaving the lot, still didn't work. So on the third time I brought it back they told me I have a bad TIPM unit Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
