2016 Rubicon tipm

On my 2016 Rubicon, fuse j13 has a parasitic pull of 2 Amps. I've talked to a Jeep mechanic who appears knowledgable, and he seems to believe that the draw is being caused by the tipm itself rather than by the objects on the fuse circuit. All I know is that my battery will go dead overnight if I leave the fuse plugged in. Because of how effectively the alternator and batteries function, there is no issue throughout the day. How can it have a drain without a ground, but I can only see a sizable positive wire giving power to the module itself, when I look at the tipm? What do you guys think about that?
