The battery in the 2011 JKU was dead for some reason. I went to the TIPM to look for a blown fuse, and sure enough, one had burst.
However, I removed the TIPM and examined the cables and connectors for any damage, and everything appeared to be in fine shape, which makes me think the issue is with the TIPM itself.
What is my best option for a replacement would be one of my inquiries. Second, if I change the TIPM, do I need to reprogramme the Jeep or anything similar, or can I just pull the old one out and put the new one in?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
