I have a 2011 dodge ram 1500 and my issue is that I am having a code P0481 which is circuit 2 cooling fan which is low speed.I have checked all the fuses and the relays and everything checks out OK. I verified that the fan itself is OK. I suspect that the issue is in the TI PM .Relay K 11 powers the low fan speed when it gets a signal. Where relay K 11 plugs in ,I can read the positive voltage if I go to ground connection on the body but I cannot read 12 volts when I take a reading across the two terminals that the relay plugs into and this should be hot at all times and it is not.If this issue is in the TIPM ,is this a repair that can be done at your facility or can you test and verify for the issue that I am having?

TIPM service, we can repair the following only: Front and rear windshield wipers, Front and rear wiper fluid power, Fuel pump, Horn, No start or stalls due to low fuel pressure, Power door locks, Rear backup lights. We can also test the part and let you know if there is in fact an issue with the TIPM. If it tests as a good unit then you would only pay the $39.99 bench test fee along with any applicable shipping charges. Orders can be placed on the website. Thank you!
