I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L SLT 4x4. I have a check engine light that is on with CODE P0481 for Powertrain Cooling Fan 2 control Circuit. The cooling fan does not turn on. Was told the TIPM was bad. Is this something you guys can fix? The fan has been replaced with a new one. VIN 1D7RV1GP3BS652187
