13 Jeep Wrangler TIPM needs repairs

Melvin

2013 Jeep Wrangler We had to remove the TIPM and dual battery tray in order to replace the plugs and wires on the passenger side. The TIPM's power line arced while being repaired because it made touch with a ground surface. At first, we didn't give it much thought (and did not disconnect it due to time constraints). The Jeep won't start after everything has been put back together. Almost all of the dash lights are flashing. When the doors were closed and the key was not in the ignition, the door chime initially sounded continuously. Three codes are coming in: P0688, P0463, and P2127.

The TIPM is my first hunch, but I'm hoping someone else can provide some light on this.
