Wipers on the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee wanted to run continuously. This morning when I switched them on, they would not operate at the delayed speeds or cut out. There will only be an increase in speed, from slow to rapid. I took it to an ex-dealership technician who determined from the codes it displayed that it could have a software issue and that the dealership have a look at it. The dealer claims that it is a defective TIPM monitor that will cost $1019 to install and that delivery would take two weeks. I must have this item in order to accomplish my job, I suppose. Have others had a similar experience, and if so, where can I get one to have the former dealership employee install right away?
