2011 Jeep Liberty wouldn't crank but instead acted as though it didn't have gasoline; fuel relay recall had previously been completed; it was taken to the dealer where, after 4 days, they were unable to reproduce the issue! They assured me that everything had been examined and that the Jeep always started. Consequently, the Jeep stopped starting after 4 days.
The Jeep eventually started after around 10 minutes of attempting, so I returned to the store, where they once more discovered no issues! I called the Jeep Customer Service Center and complained about their refusal to alter the TIPM despite knowing there was a serious issue with them. Can you assist?
