Wrangler 2010, In brief, when traveling at roughly 60 mph, the CEL illuminates, the dashboard lights up, a warning bell sounds, there is more engine reluctance, and eventually the engine completely shuts off. I still have electricity, but it won't start after that. It generally restarts after some waiting.

Now I'm wondering if the TIPM or PCM is flawed. Any guidance, advice, suggestions, or methods would be greatly appreciated. I want to independently verify one or the other before spending money on a replacement.
