2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD LML Duramax Is the TCM bad?

2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD LML Duramax

The car had a P0700 error at 237,155km which could not be deleted.
I took the control unit to Switzerland for revision, reinstalled it, carried out the quick calibration with the TECH2 and everything was OK.

500km later at 237,755km again in emergency mode with the following errors:
-P0700
-P0708
-P0701
-P0894

I replaced the cable harness in the machine because the plug was oily, I also replaced the NSBU switch, dismantled and cleaned the switching unit and changed the oil and filter.

Now the following errors occur:
-P0708 NSBU Switch
-P0894 Transmission part slips

-In between I have 27 errors, sometimes 45 errors, sometimes none, and then again these top 2, then again 45 errors..

-sometimes the TCM is knock-proof, sometimes not

After disconnecting the battery I can drive about 25km before the error occurs.

The cable harnesses and the ground connections appear to be in order, I have checked them all visually and the ground points have been cleaned.

what can I do next? Is the TCM bad?

Yes, the P0700 code points to the TCM. The other codes we don't support as part of the TCM.  We do repair this code as part of the repair. We can ship to FL and your friend can take care of it from there. If replacing the harness, checking fuses and battery didn't fix the issue then it most certainly is the TCM. We have GM software for the repair. Please send it in when you can and we can see what's going on. Below is a link that can get you started. Thank you.
