2009 Mazda 5 TCM issue. When you receive the part, what is your actual turnaround time? Do you check and validate repairs? Options for shipping? How are any problems or warranties resolved?

We test the part before and after the repair and the service itself takes 10-15 business days (not counting shipping). The service comes with a 1-year warranty but you have the option to add either a 2, 3, or 5-year warranty for an extra charge.
