2019 Freightliner Cascadia CPC4 The issue I am having is intermittent, it decides sometimes the truck does not want to start and then other times all of my gauges go haywire. Something’s tell me it’s the body control module but I don’t find that anywhere. Is my issue the cpc?

If you have a CPC4 that hasn't been serviced or refurbished yet, there's a very good chance that the module itself is at fault. The CPC4 acts like a gateway module between all the various computer modules and can cause the symptoms you've described. We can do a bench test and let you know what we find.
