My questions are about Part No. 2203076 manufactured by Jabil Circuit Inc
1. Is this the control board?
2. Is the control board also refered to as the inverter board?
3. Is it true I cannot purchase a new control board, but you can refurbish my existing board?
4. Once refurbished, how long do you guarantee the board?
5. When you receive my control board, will you confirm to me it is defective, so I know I have found the problem with my refrigerator?
6. Approximately how much time should I allow for you to refurbish my control board and return it to me?
7. How do I pay you?

to answer your questions:
- yes that is the control board
- possibly not 100% sure on that one can always ask an appliance tech to verify
- true. We only repair your existing control board
- our services come with a 1-year warranty. If for any reason you have issues with the repair please call us so we can get you in touch with our tech support team
- Yes. If your board is defective you won't be charged for the service. Just a possible bench test fee of $40 plus shipping
- Our repairs take 2-3 business days from the time we receive your item
- you will not pay anything until services are complete. Once we are done we will email and text you for payment where you can pay via paypal or by card.
