The temperature set points in our refrigerator are not being reached. Is it possible that something is wrong with the control panel?

Check that the thermistors on the device are in excellent working order. If this is the case, it appears that the unit's main board will need to be replaced. Here is the service link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/refrigerator/
