The temperature in the freezer and refrigerator does not stay consistent

The temperature in the freezer and refrigerator does not stay consistent.  Is it possible that the mother board is defective? When the investor is at 100%, what should the control signal be? Whether the voltage is 12 volts, I can use a battery to see if the investor ramps up and check the compressor's amp consumption. Do you have any other suggestions?

You'll want to double-check that the freezer wall isn't iced up, since this will prevent neither portion from cooling correctly. You should do a continuity test on the heater and defrost the thermostat if it is compromised. The inverter is OK if the compressor is working. Replace the heater and defrost the limiter if they do not have continuity. If it does, you're dealing with a faulty thermistor or control board. With the compressor operating, you'll get a sealed system fault if the coils have very little ice. After checking everything and all looks good. But you still have the same problem, then the control board is most likely faulty. We can repair faulty control boards. Here is a link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/refrigerator/
