My Samsung Model RFG237AAWP/XAA01 refrigerator has the control board DA41-00614F, but also has an electronic control board DA92-00163C. The refrigerator compartment cools and works fine but the freezer compartment does not freeze or cool at all. The freezer fans work and the defrost system components are good, so the problem has to be in one of the two circuit boards above. Do know which circuit board would cause this problem. Do you repair other circuit boards besides the DA41-00614F.

A full diagnostic check should first be performed to eliminate all other possible causes for your symptoms, even if the symptoms match those specified on the common fault description.
