My control board for my Samsung refrigerator is not in your repair listing. Can you still repair it. The control board is not telling the fridge to go into frost mode. Thank you

This is the main control board and the only one the fridge has. DA4100396A or DA4100396H is it’s replacement. It’s not telling the fridge heater to turn on.
