Our refrigerator's display has stopped working, and no ice or water is being dispensed. There is also no inside lighting. I tried resetting it by disconnecting it and then plugging it back in after a few minutes. Is there anything else I can do, or is this a problem with the main board?

When the power cable is inserted into the wall outlet, check for 120VAC to the main control. If there is voltage, the problem is most likely in the main control board. We can rebuild faulty control board modules, here is the link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/refrigerator/
