Our freezer and subsequently refrigerator quit operating for no apparent reason. The fans were on but no cold air was coming out, disconnected it for 2 hours or so, and then plugged it back in. It was reduced to and holding the right temperatures Is it likely that it get stuck in the defrost mode?
